Since 2016, Alexis MARQUET has taught classes as part of the Diplôme Universitaire (University Diploma) course in Monegasque employment law at the Faculty of Montpellier, in partnership with the association.

He shares his expertise with the students in a number of areas:

  • Criminal risks of rules on hiring employees
  • The law governing employment contracts
  • Choosing and agreeing different types of contract (fixed term, indefinite term)
  • Litigation practice.
